How much does the axe throwing cost? 1 Hour Time Slots: $27 per person (pay onsite) Groups of 10 or more: Specials for parties booked through us. Email events@thelumberjackmn.com How old do you have to be to throw axes? Our minimum age is 13 years old but 21+ after 7 PM. How many people can the axe pit hold? Each axe pit holds a maximum of 10 players. If you are spectating, we ask to view from the dining area. The pits are reserved for axeletes only. What if I have more than 20 people? You would email at events@thelumberjackmn.com to set up a semi-private party. We require at least 2 weeks advance for larger groups. How late do you allow axe throwing reservations? Our last reservation for axe throwing is 8 PM Thurs-Sun. Are axes provided? We provide 18” and 12” axes for throwing. Is someone there to teach us to throw? Yes, you have an axe coach assigned to teach you and cheer you on. Are kids allowed in the axe pits? Yes, kids 13 and up. If kids are younger than 13 we ask they spectate with an adult from the dining area to maximize safety.

Where are you located? We are located in the lowest level of JX Event Venue Building at 123 2nd Street North. Our main entrance is on Commercial Street, located between Main and 2nd (1/2 block west of Main St.) Where do I park? There is free street parking throughout downtown. A great quick and easy options is the Stillwater Public Parking Ramp. It is attached to the Lowell Inn, at 200 2nd St North, only a half block away and frequently has parking. Do you have live music? Occasionally we have bands scheduled-check out our events calendar for upcoming shows. Do you allow dogs? Dogs are welcome only on our patio during the summer months. During that time we offer bowls of water for your furry friends.

Do you have reservations for dining? Dining is based on a first come first served basis. What kind of specials do you have? Happy hour runs from 5-6 Wednesday, Thursday, 4-5 Friday ($5 off axe throwin, plus drink specials) Game Day Sundays, Tap beer disocunts. Coupons and/or promotions can not be combined. How late do you serve food? Sunday is pizza! Full menu Wed-Sat open to 30 mminutes prior to closing. Can you bring in birthday cakes? You may bring in any store bought birthday cake. Minnesota health code does not allow homemade foods in establishments. Please bring paper plates for serving. Can you eat in the axe pits? Yes. We recommend you arrive early as your experience an interactive one - that way you can focus on your game.
